Shipping within Europe

• All our orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
• Packages within Europe will automatically receive  a track and trace code through the courier.
  Receiving the track and trace code can take up to several hours, or even up to a day. It is important to provide a correct e-mail address, so you can follow the process of your order from our door to yours . Did you not receive any e-mail concerning your order? Please check the spam folder and if you have provided the correct e-mail address upon ordering.

Shipping international

• All our orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
• International Packages will automatically receive a track and trace code through the courier, after the order has been shipped.
• Delivery dates can be delayed if customs decide to hold the package. Customs are allowed to hold any package for up to 30 days.
• Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the additional costs that may be included..
• Customs policies vary widely from country to country –If you have any questions, we’d recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Where customs charges are due, this may impact the time it takes your parcel to reach you.
• No rights may be derived from the provided delivery dates.
